We are proud to provide a 15 day Defective Product return policy. Non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee & less shipping. No returns after 15 days of delivery. If your order included free shipping this will be deducted from the refund and a receipt showing the shipping cost will be provided to you. The product must be returned to the location under the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Unopened Non-defective items returned within 15 days must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories, along with a note describing the problem, and a copy of your invoice. Any installed, used or modified items are not refundable. You Must Call for a Return Authorization first. Any refused packages or packages not pick up will be charged all shipping charges from the carrier. Special order and electrical parts such as power steering kits, controllers, switches, component parts, light kits, Custom made orders, Viking Bumpers & Brush guards, Tie Down Systems, Cab enclosures / upper doors, Wheels & Tires, Snowplow systems, ATV boxes, fender flares, gift certificates as well as all Ricochet skid plates and a arms are Non-Refundable. On international orders we are not responsible for damage or lost goods. No returns on international orders. No exceptions.
