Does not fit a 2012 425I Arctic Cat, without major modification. If I hadn't had a Plasma cutter, I would have sent them back. The front wasn't too bad to modify, but the on the rear, I had to remove 25% of the original. I can send some pics of the modified ones in place and the pieces I removed.
